Last updated: August 2026. This policy explains what Ascend Coach (“we”) collects when you use this site, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- When you request a clarity call: everything you type into the form. Name, email, phone if you give it, location, where you are with faith if you choose to answer, and your written answer about where you are right now.
- When you apply for certification: the same, plus your background and who you lead.
- If you book through our scheduling assistant: the messages you send it and the time you choose, so we can prepare for the call.
- Automatically: your IP address, browser user-agent, referring page, and any campaign tags (utm_*) on the link you arrived through. This is used to understand where applications come from and to limit spam.
What we do with it
- Review and respond to your request.
- Schedule and prepare for your clarity call.
- Contact you about coaching.
- Understand which pages and campaigns lead to conversations.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Analytics
This site may use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to measure traffic and conversions. These set cookies in your browser. You can block them with browser settings or an extension without losing any functionality on this site.
How long we keep it
Requests and applications are kept while there is an active or possible coaching relationship. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
Email coaching@ascendcoach.com to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on a secured server. No system is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
